People often find themselves perplexed by problems which seem unsolvable. Using search engines such as Google, jux2 (searches Google, MSN and Yahoo and compares results) or others can be frustrating or rewarding. You need to be willing to try and re-try different combinations of words.

For example: If you type in the words workplace bullying you will find a lot of helpful advice and techniques which may or not serve your needs. If you type in 'advice' you may get a much larger selection.
