Have you ever consider what you will do if you fail to listen to the mandatory evacuations during Hurricane Season; when a large category hurricane comes your way. After all, the water and power may be out for weeks and even if you have bottled water supplies and even food to eat you will be bored off your butt with no television.

You will have nothing to do so you need to plan how to workout while you are stuck there and lose some weight and take some inches off your belly. Think of it as a 3-4 week crunch plan to lose weight?

What you need to do is to get a workout book on isometric exercises. There are many types of workouts you can do without gym equipment or perhaps you might go buy some gym equipment in case you decide to wait it out and not evacuate in the event a large category hurricane. You may as well do something while the power is out and losing weight is a very good idea.

Consider this your new hurricane weight loss program brought to you by mother nature and look on the bright side a large hurricane from the 2006 Atlantic tropical hurricane season might take out your whole city, but you are going to take off all those pounds. Some might even consider this a fair trade because they want to lose weight that badly. I hope you will consider this in 2006.
