Signing up for a gym is not just about weight loss or muscle building. Indeed they are the main priorities. Nonetheless there are many unknown yet unconscious bigger and better benefits from weight training.

It changes my life. Hence I would like to share the 5 life changing life attributes from weight training. Anyone will gain even if you are a beginner in weight training as long as you mean business.

Discipline is the big #1 attribute you cultivate when you are in a gym. Weight training has unconsciously cultivate discipline in a not-so discipline person in me.

Team Work Spirit is the #2 life changing habits you gain from weight training. Any weight trainers will advice you the best results gain from all your hard work must be done with buddy system. Anyone will need a good spotter and a great motivator. And that person is your teammate. Weight training is best in showing people the art and benefits of a good team work.

Persistence is the #3. Guess Brian Tracy or Zig Ziglar or even Anthony Robbins will tell their readers that PERSISTENCE is one of the key to many successes in life. Hard to imagine cultivating this attribute in you through life? Well, try to cultivate it in the gym through weight training. Every inch of success is through every ounce of persistence in you.

In many Asian communities, PATIENCE is the numero uno of life virtue. In most cases of career building or success in life chaser, patience is what many lacks. Patience is one major failure factor listed. Weight training helps you bit by bit to cultivate patience in you.

Last but not least #5 is Self Esteem. This is the biggest and greatest way of building your self-esteem. 2 successful months in weight training is better than 100 self-help or motivating gurus books.

The power of weight training is immense. I am astounded by the many great stuff I learn by entering the weight-training world. Not only am I a better person, I am living a healthier lifestyle as well. The gains are worth the sweats and pains. I strongly recommend a successful 100 days weight-training program for a 1 year of reading self help books. Skeptical? Try it and you will fall madly for it.
