A traditional Chinese daily exercise workout is holistic, comprising exercises and techniques for your body, mind and spirit. Why is holistic exercising necessary? While having a strong, toned, flexible body is beneficial and desirable, if you dont have control over your mind and emotions you simply dont have complete, harmonious health. This is something Eastern yogis, daoists, medical practitioners and martial artists have known for at least 2000 years.

A typical daily Chinese exercise workout schedule contains:
