Whenever I tell people about why it is so incredibly profitable and easy to enhance any Internet marketing campaign with audio interviews with experts, they many times tell me it sounds great, but they can't do it. "Why?" I ask. "Because I don't know what kinds of questions to ask. I don't know how to get started. I'm not a professional interviewer." That's usually when I rub my face and sigh. Because this whole interviewing thing is definitely NOT rocket science. It's actually very easy. And if you can have a conversation with someone, you can do it. To get started, all you do is come up with a list of questions and use those. You just start with standard questions: Whats your name? Where do you live? How long have you been doing what you do? How did you find out about it? What made you want to get started? What do you like about it? What dont you like about it? Whats your philosophy on how you do business? "What makes you unique in your field?" And so on. Trust me, those really basic questions will keep you busy for hours. And as they start talking, you just keep digging. Theyre going to say something like, I got divorced, and every experience is going to be different, and it gives you the opportunity to dig deeper with more questions. And then when you do the editing (you can do it yourself with really simple and free software on the Internet if you have to) you cut out a lot of the stuff you dont need and you just clean it up. Maybe add an introduction and something to plug your own business or offer at the end. Yes, it really is that simple. And I can tell you from my own experiences, doing simple interviews like this with experts in your industry will drag in more money for your business than you ever dreamed possible. |
