Ebooks ? Are They The Big Ticket Item Today?

Author: Daniel Grasser

Today the Big Ticket Items are not being delivered in Ebooks. Why? Maybe it comes down to the delivery format. PDF or Exc type files deliver words. Are your words alone enough for your customer?

This is the dilemma today. Will your ebook compiler be able to deliver to your customer the Show and Tell Ebook that the Big Ticket CDs or DVDs do? Or can they even provide the information the way CDs or DVDs can?

It seems to be the trend in Ebook makers to deliver their products in the PDF form. Why; because everyone has access to the program that allow them to read of this type of Ebook. Simple yet it has limitations such as delivering audio or video. This requires a link inside the Ebook to somewhere that has these types of files for the customer not contained within the Ebook itself. This requires your customer to go to an online site that may or may not be secure especially if someone is paying for your information. Any hacker worth their salt can find your information and copy it for their profit. The Big Ticket items on CDs dont have this problem. Everything is contained within the CD or DVD and in most cases they are interactive. It is hard to compete with this type of Informational Product delivery.

Innovation being the substance of the Internet has provided a means to the Show and Tell Exe Ebook and a way for the small time, great idea, ebook maker to reach the heights the Giants of the Internet Marketers Big Ticket Items for a fraction of the cost of producing CDs or DVDs. This new approach must get around the problem of the Service Pack II, that doesnt allow most ebook compilers to deliver their product without a secondary program or patch for the customer to be able to view the end product.

What do you need in order to compete with the Big Ticket Item CDs? You need an ebook compiler that will deliver written words along with audio. This enables people with both learning abilities (sight and audio) to assimilate your information. You want to have them reading the words you have written and listening to your words spoken to them as the same time. If your words scroll in time to your spoken words, think about the impact you message will have for your customer.

Secondly you need to show people how to do things. Video is so important to show, not just tell. If you want to show your customer important information about Google AdWords, the best means is to use screen shots or video on just how too. You show them, not just tell them in words. They see what your are doing, you talk them through the your description, and then they can do it. Your information just became even more valuable and the cost of your product worth every cent your customer spent on your Ebook.

Now you want this to be easy to use. Most compilers require the writer to compile their Ebook in HTML and then to transfer the file to the compiler to make an Ebook in the EXE format. Now you have to view your pages to see it they fit. If they dont you have to go back and correct the problem. If you page is to wide it may cause your reader to have too much trouble reading your Ebook. If it is too long they have to continue to use the roller or scroll bar. Often this becomes tiresome and they will just give up reading.

If you convert it to the PDF format this is a time consuming task and for many writers at task that is hard to do to get the end product just right. Now think about your end product. You have an Ebook that goes on and on scrolling down to the next paragraph to the next. Your reader must use the roller or scroll bar to read it. Again it becomes a tiring task just to read what you have written. Think about scrolling through 195 pages and you get the picture. Even if you bookmark the pages, when a reader first starts, they want to read every word, especially if they paid you for it.

So you need to look for a product that is what you see is what you get type of formatting. Ease of use producing the exact end product to inform your customer and well worth the cost of their investment. Your next Big Ticket item could be right around the corner.

You be the judge. Find the right Ebook compiler and youve got your own Big Ticket Show and Tell Ebook. Find out if making your Big Ticket Item is within your reach. Its Dead Easy!
