Ebook Buyers Beware!

Author: Cheryl Searles

As a library student I spend a lot of time with books and I wanted to expand my experience in the field.

It didnt take too long before I found countless e books for sale at very low prices and I jumped at the chance to purchase some. I decided to write this article just to warn people to be careful if you see deals offering many e books for a minimal cost.

Dont get me wrongIm not suggesting that the seller is doing anything underhanded, but perhaps they dont realize that many of the e books supplied contain links which no longer work or information which is seriously out dated and you often cant even contact the companies associated with the original production of the book anymore. Some e books offer links to programs which take you to a error 404 message and the site is no longer at that address.

Im now in the process of checking and sortingone at a timeeach and every book I put on my website to ensure that nobody purchases anything which is perhaps no longer any use to anyone (and Im talking about a LARGE number of e booksin the thousands)

So my site is coming along a lot slower than I originally planned but hey thats life and maybe this article might help someone else avoid the small yet annoying pitfall I myself encountered.

With saying all that however, I have also found a wealth of valuable information from experts in their field as well as some simply entertaining reading in my travelsso dont stop buying e booksjust be wary.
