Many of the problem players of Saturday's scrimmage looked much better today. Flozell Adams looked like a different player. He went from chump to the best player on the field. He routinely dominated his opposition no matter who it was. Marco Rivera and the rest of the line looked better as well. Bobby Carpenter and Montavious Stanley struggled against the run, while Anthony Fasano struggled yet again in pass protection. All the other TEs and Lousaka Polite did a good job in pass protection though. Fabini looked solid, but I'm not convinced he is back at one hundred percent strength.Colombo struggled with the speed rush, but I hope he is just a little rusty or that he isn't really the best option at RT. Sam Hurd and Tony Curtis made some nice catches. Hurd even worked some with the 1st team although he got thrown off the field for a poor block. Corey Proctor looked solid again today. He has a good shot at making the team Mike Vanderjagt keeps missing kicks. He pushed 3 of his 4 kicks wide. All these judgments aren't very reliable though since we are just practicing against our own team. We will really know were he stand after a few pre-season games.
